Having obtained his business degrees from the University of Sydney, Shavarsh started his career with almost a decade in the healthcare sector of investment markets. Building on that experience, he has subsequently held executive roles across various medical services, including clinical research, general practice, pathology, and radiology.
Shavarsh is dedicated to building and supporting teams grounded in a strong culture and passion for the work they do. The notion of a truly cohesive team delivering quality customer service is the principal foundation on which Innovate Clinical Research was established.
Outside of work, Shavarsh enjoys riding and restoring motorbikes, as well as exploring the great outdoors with his wife and two boys.
