
Jennifer is an Accredited Practising Dietitian whose career spans over 25 years across both public health systems and private practice. Her journey has taken her from community projects in the Cook Islands to specialist research units in London and Sydney, including Royal Prince Alfred and Westmead Hospitals. With a strong foundation in clinical care, Jennifer has worked with patients managing a wide range of conditions – from weight challenges and diabetes to liver disease, PCOS, and cancer care.
At the heart of Jennifer’s practice is a belief that healthy eating should be both accessible and sustainable. As a working mother of four, she understands the complexity of balancing nutritional needs with the realities of busy family life. Her strength lies in developing creative, flexible strategies that empower individuals and families to eat well without losing sight of the foods they enjoy. Jennifer brings a compassionate, empathetic approach to every consultation.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, running and going on walks, and of course eating with family and friends.
